Client more useful in 40 of 41 people found this review helpful. Printer big Harry Myers This is a great little printer. First page out in 7-8 seconds and after one page every two seconds. And 'strong, but only when printing. After a fan runs for about 30 seconds and then turns off (I went back a Brother 2170, since the fan will be for 15-30 minutes after printing a single page). Installation was a breeze. The printer comes with a regular toner cartridge, cartridge instead of a "starter". Highly recommended. 25 of 25 people found this review helpful. Yo is a peaceful way! I bought this printer from Kathleen to replace the only printer I have ever owned - my HP Laserjet 4L, I bought 15 years ago next month. I'm still in deep mourning, and I would not be replaced even now, except that I was tired of not being able to read and print out Mapquest Google Maps. So obviously, I stuck with HP. Product loyalty is important here. All offices I have worked with have been used primarily HP as we repent, if you strayed too far from the mother ship, I have had this for about six weeks, and I like very well. It was easy to install and print quality is excellent (which is the big Enchilada). There will also be manually duplex, was a feature that I wanted this time to eliminate some competing printers. Footprint is actually almost the same as for my Lil '4 L, but is much higher than it seems huge, which is a disadvantage. I had read reviews here before buying, many of those who comment on how noisy it is. It is true, but I noticed when going through the settings in the installation CD that has a quiet mode, which turns out to be much quieter than normal mode. It does slow printing speed down a bit, but you can always change the settings for a good job and will take the dog for a walk. The only reason I'm giving this April 1 instead of five, that will take a while before I can fully assess how well the toner cartridges else to do, if I can not keep my Laserjet 4L, I take a present. 40 of 45 people found the following review helpful. Print terrible. Consant lockups and loss of connectivity. Buyer Beware. By P. Helt If I could give this printer a zero star, I would. This printer suffers the same problems that plagued the last series of printers. The previous model was the P2015dn would its web interface and network configurations to lose in any order. A power cycle the printers typically come online. We had this printer in service for 5 days. In five days, went offline / blocked to 5 times. Each time, the printer is completely blocked. It can not be printed, the web interface was not accessible, could not be pinged and fell completely from the network. There could even be seen on the router as a client is active. The first lockup began the 36-hour mark, when about 21 hours and again around 20 hours and then the final straw was twice on the same day within 8 hours each time, power cycling the printer brought to him. This is not acceptable for a network printer. You should not have to power cycle it to make sure the printer is online, and your job is to go through. A call to HP was useless, and they denied any problems. Perform is a quick Google search and this problem all over the HP tech support forums. This problem affects all the "P" and "KP" series printers. HP is not a reliable business-class printers, 1320n, since back when the printer is still made in Japan. They have now switched to a Chinese manufacturer of their printer. Stay away. All 37 customer reviews ....
