By KG As far as printer performance I would say its great, fast, crisp colors....but I had a major issue with the printer after about 1 year, 2-3 parts completely just stopped working, I had to extend the warranty to get the parts covered, I am pretty annoyed about ti because the printer had less then 10k pages printed on it when all this happened....for 1200-1500 dollars I expected to have no problems with it, but I got just the opposite, I would definitely recommend going to another company if you want a quality product... 2 of 4 people found the following review helpful.
