This printer met all my expectations. It installs easily in my environment Apple. It is acceptable speed (either from a cold start or warm), the print quality is good for office use and consumption of toner at a rate that is normally suitable for laser printers. My machine is stuck every day, all day and never complained (as some people do to machines) or. The workmanship is good and it is not too large. The color of the case better than most printers and controls are easy to understand (as they can about the manual useful for this purpose) is. I can not find the machine is too loud, as some commentators. Love for auto duplex feature! This function is a fundamental difference between this laser printer and a color in the price of speaking the same price range, the Amazon was the seller and I think it's pretty reasonable. I recommend this color laser printer, without hesitation. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Fast, reliable, compatible, KI Douglas bought this printer through a local dealer and was divided between the HP wireless printer and a similarly priced Brother. The replacement toner cartridges are a bit more HP, but again, that come with the drum assembly built in. This greatly reduces maintenance and hardware failures as possible. Installation: For installation on Windows is easy. Insert the CD and follow the instructions. On Linux (I'm using Ubuntu 4.10 (Lucid Lynx)) the installation was easy. [...] I visited the site and download the drivers. From there, simply follow the instructions on the website and it works like a charm. I have not used a Mac, but noted that OSX is listed in the box. Print Quality: As the printer itself. It has a very small size on the desktop when the paper trays are not extended, and a little when they are. It has excellent print quality and is very fast monochrome As with all laser printers, the inks are waterproof when it is on paper. I recommend it any day of the week. The printer body feels solid when driving. Input trays are equally strong. The output tray feels a bit light, but only if you do not abuse the union will be more than enough. HP's experience: For me, HP printers are generally very reliable and always has good driver support for both Windows and Linux. 73 of 75 people found this review helpful. Satisfied with the printer, the software is unique by Tim Mathews I bought this yesterday and have already been used to write over 100 pages of text on both sides. So far I am satisfied. Positives: - Easy installation, only a few steps and explained very clearly in the manual focus - the product is packed and it seems quite a design study - it is quiet and prints fast - I did not know had big problems connecting to my wireless network or the feeling that I did not the negatives, but be aware, a quirk with the software .. If you do a double-sided printing, it is manual. This means that you can print the even pages, then remove the battery and insert it into the tray. At this point you should have a "next" button in a dialog box appears on the screen, press. The problem is that if you do a job in another window while the dialog box disappears and try not to press the Next button. There is no way to get it white again as I did. It is simply disappear and you end up with a stack of pages. The dialog box disappears when you do something or if the printer is in standby mode when you send the print job So if you want to print duplex, make sure you turn it on (no waiting) first. Otherwise you get a stack of pages. 49 of 50 people found the following review helpful. Here's how to set a Mac (if necessary) by R. Ruiz in my inkjet printer in my country have so little use that dried up when I need them, so when I saw this Laserjet for $ 99 I jumped. Toner cartridges can be expensive at $ 65 or so, but it's cheaper than replacing dried deskjet cartridges for me, and I do not need to print in color. Given that in the beginning of 1990 when the first home of the HP LaserJet sold for just under $ 1,100, and business models are sold for about $ 3,500 still seems a bargain to me. It also works well (and better than my Lexmark wireless lasted all of two months, and that it would print at least one of the cartridges are empty (if a color is gone, we could not even print in black) Here's how to install the printer on a Mac OS X (10.6) (if necessary): .. 1 Click the Finder icon in the Dock 2 Click Apply to 3 places of 4 Click System Preferences Print & Fax Click Print TAIL 5 6 7 .... Outstanding color all-in-one for its price (Update) Karl (adapted to the experience and the updated version "C" firmware to display.) Colored Brother MFC This is a reasonable choice if you are looking for a wired or Wireless high-speed network like color laser printer, copier, scanner and fax all-in-one, but does not duplex (double sided) printing / fax / scan. Personally, I have almost everything duplex to save paper, and therefore preferred the model Brother MFC-9840CDW Color Laser Multi-Function Center with Wireless Interface and Duplex is a small price increase at this point. (You can manually duplex with the MFC-9320CW, print odd pages, and the stack and place it in the paper and print the even-numbered pages. But the process ruin a paper jam.) ) I have many complaints about the machine and the software that is preventing me from making it more than three stars Note that the laser-class printers is not a substitute for photo printers. Do not expect photo-quality color (or even a very wide range of colors) or the ability to print on photo paper. It's not what this class of products intended. If your picture quality is expected to make inkjet printers. (The scanner's image quality of this device, though.) My ratings are based on reasonable expectations of what a color laser printer will do: spot color, color images, text and graphics documents, a reasonable color copies ... . and all water, due to the melting tones. Both wired and wireless network worked well, even if the instructions for the wireless setup was written by and for a geek, so if you're not a techie, you probably need a technical friend to help if your wireless network is secured with hidden SID and password. It's really annoying that the unit has two sheets of paper if you change network settings, one with cable and a printed with the wireless settings, which should be a user option. Printer ships with four toner cartridges, each of about 1,000 pages according to instructions. But there is one kind of error in the firmware or software. After printing, reported only a handful of pages, both the device and software monitoring the cyan cartridge was almost empty. The color bar charts, it was empty. But Web-based control panel for printer cartridges were all full. The only way to get rid of the cyan was news in all the empty seats to turn the MFC, and then on again. Install the software on another computer on the network caused the message to come back - this time to say that both the cyan and yellow were empty. Updating the firmware from the delivered version "A" to the current download version of "C" seems to have solved this problem. Print quality is quite good, but requires adjustments to print the photos I print a PDF of a software manual that contains screenshots of different colors. It seems incredible, and printed near the advertised rate of 17 ppm. Nice. Although it is not a photo printer, the images are part of what will be printed on a color laser - as part of the newsletter, real estate flyers, business cards, etc. Then I looked at what I had to do to get the best results from the color calibrated source images. Anything containing photos is really to be printed in the X-600 2400 resolution to get all the details. (600 x 600 is fine for most other documents.) The white foam of the waterfall testing only a blurred image with 600 x 600 resolution. 600 x 600 LED on this printer is not the same freshness of 600 x 600 on a laser. I discovered that the photographic images require printing with the option of bright colors, and brighter. Although it seemed a good color wheel, a calibration image containing multiple facets of skin tones, color patches and gave rise to skin tones that looked like sepia, although some other colors in the image

Excellent printer - download the latest firmware, set the printer to silent mode and create a new connection standard printing Golog to update: 1 If the printer is off on some jobs, it is because you have a version of firmware bug. The latest firmware for this printer was released in October 2010. If you have earlier firmware, download new firmware from the HP website. To view your encrypted firmware, print a configuration page by pressing the down arrow once, then OK, and then the down arrow repeatedly until Config report, and then click OK. 2nd On three occasions, I bought the cheapest cartridge, which I found on the Internet, and all worked well, with quality indistinguishable from expensive HP cartridges. 3rd Finally, since I never print graphics, my comments apply to text-only printing. When I switched to a new computer with Vista x64, I had to change my HP LaserJet 5P, because HP did not give a driver who worked in a competent manner with 64-bit operating system based on the second comment to this review, it seems then The driver HP 5P functional after Vista x64 had been out for over a year. After digging in the clumsy, manual digital only and a lot of trial and error, I created new shortcuts for documents HP-sided and double sided quality ProRes FastRes instead of standard quality, and I was printing shortcut, the default face is my new definition. Also set the machine to silent mode. To set the silent mode, press the down arrow next to the printer multiple times until you get to System Preferences. Press OK and then switch down to mute the down arrow, then the OK button and use the down arrow to switch to silent mode, select OK and press Enter to return to Ready. After these changes, the printer is running slower, but the print quality is excellent and the noise level is comparable to that of the 5P. I turned also to the aggravating bass memories that are worse than spam email. To print envelopes without smudging, remove the tray 1 (upper tray) paper type is set to Envelope. P2015d P2055dn the like, works very well with my Macs and print wirelessly while connected to an AirPort Express, and directly via USB. Because my P2015d died prematurely, and because the problem with this model was known and extensively documented, I bought a 3 year extended service plan for HP (hpshopping.com, HP # UK929A) to about 60 USD, which essentially extends the warranty themselves in two years after the one year warranty included. This breaks all the printer for three reasons: 1. Quick. When you hit print the first page is out of the printer in less than 7 seconds. It 's fast! 2. Quiet. You will hear the printer while printing, but when it is finished or in standby mode, it's quiet. If there is silence. It is located right next to me and I did not notice it. 3. Small and beautiful. Greater than laser printers, is a model of good design. It is so compact in the corner of the street, but ready to serve with the push of the button or Ctrl P printer. 4. Perfection duplex. First, looking at the printer spit out a piece of paper, then inhale to print the other side is really good. It 'just plain fun to watch. Secondly, both sides printed perfectly. 5. Network Capability The printer was found without problems in my car, and Windows 7 on my Mac. It works. 6th Text crisp. We buy because we want the laser sharp text. This laser will make you proud. It's a good printer and the price point is great for what it offers. Fast, quiet, fast, beautiful, perfection in a duplex network printer with sharp text output. What else do you need? HP engineers and designers hit a home run on this. 70 of 71 people found this review helpful. Quick Print. With expensive ink MD Grooms I owned a LaserJet 6L, who had a reliable printer in its time. Since then, I bought several color printers from other manufacturers. I went back to HP for their reliability. This printer prints documents quickly, especially with the built-in duplexing. Can I send a print job, and the first side (unilateral) came out of the printer in two seconds. The disadvantage is the cost of toner. Normally I set the print density at 2 of 5, working on the bright side of Econo-mode saves toner, but the text is hard to read in low light, so I rarely use that mode. The test toner (1,000 pages supposedly) with the printer printed less than 400 pages before the white stripes added to the text began to appear. After installing a new cartridge (78A), only 4 days and printing of 760 pages, the printer is reporting that 30% (or 300 pages) is back. At about $ 83 per cartridge, including VAT, will be 8 cents per page. I bought 2 Toner $ 49 to save money. But calling this a "green" printer, if you replace the toner cartridge after only 1060 pages, is silly. 26 of 27 people found the following review helpful. Preliminary assessment of D. Jackson Disclaimer: I bought this printer. I have printed only about 300 pages. I bought this printer to replace an aging HP Laserjet 4P model. Initial thoughts: WOW! This is super-fast two-sided printing is incredible. The text is crisp and clear. Toner is easy and has an economy mode (although I have not tried it yet). I can not say enough about how fast and easy this printer is. I keyed a manual page 300, which was in PDF format. It was all printed and ready to read in less than 5 minutes. One of the best features is that it is completely silent and low power consumption when not in use: it is not necessary to turn it on, it senses when you want to print, get it yourself, print, and then turns off. It is a bit noisy on the side - but I really do not care. Overall, money well. See all 63 reviews ....

Here are some detailed comments. 1st The paper feeder is well designed - the situation is never again walk through the pages at once that happens (in the HP 3050, it happens a lot). 2nd Canon has a well designed user interface - the functions are easy to follow and control, including printing / scanning / copying. 3rd The automatic two-sided printing is excellent and makes sure the printer is worth what you paid. But when you use the automatic duplexing - printing speed is less than one third (instead of half) because the mechanical parts need a lot of time to turn the paper. 4th As some of you are worried, the latest firmware (02/09/2009) smooths the scan function on a Mac - simply press the Scan button. This is tested on a Mac Mini Leopard. 5th If some of you want to know the compatibility with the print server, this printer is fully compatible with the Netgear PS121 print server with Windows Vista (including auto-duplex) x86 and x64 is not compatible Netgear PS121 Mac with Leopard (no idea why - Installation went through smoothly and printing - nothing from the printer). This printer is not compatible with Maxtor Central Axis print server. To summarize, it is a good printer for its price. However, its powerful function, you can spend a little 'extra cash for the 4370n to allow each function in the network - if you work in a networked environment. 56 of 57 people found this review helpful. Good, but some printing problems K. Schrock I bought this machine on Amazon in November. Overall I was satisfied. Double-sided printing is an important feature for me, and that seems to offer Canon printers cheaper than other companies. I do not have much experience to base my opinion, but I think the print quality is very good, with few exceptions First, the impression is sometimes played on paper, especially on the back duplex. However, the Canon Representative I complained to say that a variation within two millimeters is considered acceptable, so I measured and this printer is within tolerance. It has been found, especially in forms such as checks printer. (. In fact, the cheaper my Dell inkjet printed right) The other problem also appears when duplexing: In the back of a strip blurred print from top to bottom, where the toner bond. This appears only on the first page after the printer has been idle for some time Sat The Canon representative had no answer, had not heard. Yes, you can scan from the machine, if you download the firmware update. I think I would buy if I have to do more. It's fast and has a very distinct impression. If you want to compare several similar guns, I watched the MF4150, MF4270 and MF4370dn 155 of 175 people found this review helpful. Can not scan documents from the START button on the machine by Punkin I am a little disappointed after I played with that copier imageCLASS MF4350d. Note that this is a Canon copier, printer not called. So if you call Canon or its search site for help / support, you should use the "Copier" category select. imageCLASS MF4350d This was in the market for a while, but no one answers this problem by the time of writing this review, the machine can not scan a document with their own START button. Everything must be made by software "toolbox" will be scanned into the computer. I bought it a few days ago. I called Canon 100-800 for help, but it was useless. Then I went back to the store and tried to show off their machine, it has the same problem. When I click the start button on the machine to scan, there is a squeaking sound like a return, but the LCD screen no errors - it always displays "Scanning Mode" So I called.

This is my first brother to buy. I use it to full color brochures (graphic and text) to print. Previously, it was more than enough, if you use the right paper, the glossy paper was. If the colors on plain paper are not as sharp and photos are not so clear. For photos, the quality of the resolution is acceptable / good, but there is a noticeable difference in the quality of a printer and a heavy desktop printer (you know the 5-foot-jumbo printers). As for printing speeds, from one end of the displays at a higher rate than average. The winding is fast (less than 2 minutes) for a print job 80 MB. He printed a page with 60 in full color (bright mode), the double-page booklet of about 8-10 minutes. PROS - easy printer configuration and wireless (less than 5 minutes). - Print speed of Good (automatic duplex printing and right) - Excellent print quality for graphics and general text. - Good image quality when using the right card. - Noise level acceptable for a printer - replacing the toner is less expensive than HP, Lexmark and Canon. CONS - Printer Toner bed empty when full. You have to go around toner is to cover the holes with electrical tape, light black toner cartridge as a temporary solution. For a more permanent solution, it is necessary to restore the levels of the computer's printer toner. To do this: 1) Open the door 2 printers), Holding Back and Cancel buttons at the same time 3) A menu to reset the toner is 4) You hit Ok to reset. - I printed about 900 pages in color with the "starter" cartridges came and some cartridges are already visibly low. While the prints were in high color (bright) settings, it is unfortunate that this printer seems to be another "Toner pig" and not on the print cartridge page 3000/1500 estimates claim - photo prints are poor when printing full picture normal size paper. For best results you need special glossy paper. - Must use "multipurpose" away tray for special paper jams or more risk - Lightweight Paper Curl - Noise, perhaps too high for a quiet office. I compared the Brother HL-4570cdw expanded with the print quality and HP's color laser printers in this price range, Canon, and Brother print statement prints the most impressive looking than their competitors. Print quality is enough to justify buying this printer and toner replacements, because they are relatively cheaper than other companies, the Brother HL-4570cdw gets my recommendation. Overall I am satisfied with your purchase and would recommend if you get it at the right price, I would not pay more than $ 400 - $ 425 for this machine, that's the price I paid. 53 of 53 people found the following review helpful. The best mid-range laser printer with paper curling problem by Ronald Epstein I hope I can get out a message to everyone is that the printer is one of the most unreliable machine that anyone can look to buy. I run a home business and I made the mistake of spending more than $ 1 kA few years back for a Konica Minolta 5430DL. It was a jewel of a printer, but shortly after he almost $ 600 to replace the print cartridges began to fall apart. What I learned is that even the most expensive printers break. This is more of a disposable technology than anything you can pass to your children. If all of the printer companies to sell games with small printer ink cartridges and then go shopping more than the printer itself playing for leads, you know that the only way to get ahead, to buy the best value-for-the-buck printer with expectation that it goes only to a few years, I think that Brother HL4570 is take this type of printer. For $ 400 I knew I had to buy something.

Value, but a small problem genews Pro: Quick and easy installation, very fast, very good print quality for text, toner cartridges, high capacity (compatible cartridges are reasonably priced). Cons: Even the brother added a "straight-through paper path," apparently in order to address the criticisms of an earlier model of the envelopes and thicker media were wrinkled or bent a bit, not straight paper path to solve the problem. The creaking of the envelopes is that machines roll feed intake on too hard, which means that the envelope wave as it passes, and the last part of the envelope is inevitably cracked. Conclusion: This is a great value for a user who does not need to print envelopes with this printer uncrinkled. This printer is still useful for me because I have another printer that also handles envelopes. 50 of 50 people found the following review helpful Best Buy for SOHO For S. Mullen had other Brother laser printers, always finding a great buy. The HD-5340D continues this trend with high-speed printing, duplexing and an excellent graphic black / white for high volume home or small business use. While these printers are available at a special price, the "bang-for-the-money" is very high. You may be able to find high-quality printing and a higher speed, but the production work in general, this printer is a workhorse and will be very hard to beat. You will not go wrong with the HD-5340D. 45 of 45 people found this review helpful. Well, Solid Black and White Laser Printer Duplex Great Sage Inc. have about a thousand pages by now and this team has done well. If you need a simple black and white printer that automatically printson both sides of the paper is a good deal. Print single-sided on the very fast and reasonably fast even on double-sided printing sharpness is good, and documents look great. The software interface is simple to use, but offers a lot of features. No disruptive software such as HP, which is a real pleasure. This is the second Brother printer in my office and I like them both. 2010 01 05 update: Still going strong! Every time I look at this printer, is full of joy that no matter how well he does. They made it through my first toner cartridge and tidy and OEM and aftermarket toner cartridge both from Amazon. The only market after the great works too. I went to Amazon to order HP ink today, but instead I ordered my third brother Prince today to replace the car instead of buying more HP ink. I love everything about Pinter's brother I have. Customer Reviews more useful 58 of 59 people found the following review helpful. When solid rock TechAndWood I bought this printer a week ago. If any of the other reviewers, this unit has some weight. It comes with full cartridges, the starter cartridges. The color and sharpness are excellent. I use an HP monochrome LaserJet for the last 1020 years. There is a clear improvement in the clarity of the text. When the machine goes out of its hibernation, is higher than I expected, and was even a little shocked at first. Also, it takes about 15 seconds to print the first page. I got it for about $ 280 from Staples and I am satisfied with the price paid and the performance of this device. I hope that many years of use, strictly in the home. The installation was simple. This is the network for my home network to an Ethernet cable. I have a computer running Windows 7 and the other two running Win XP home. They found the printer on the network seamlessly. It was much easier to implement than trying to "share" a non-network printer, I give it 4 stars because the noise level. In all honesty, I have nothing to compare it to his class. For the price, I think it's a better built unit than the HP 2025, which costs even more, and HP ink cartridges for cost twice as much as his brother, but there is no battery to replace the HP function of the drum is built into each cartridge and the price. A new drum for brother manages about $ 150, but I do not expect to take place for several years or more. I can live with that! Hopefully this helps 44 of 44 people found this review helpful. Greater value to the color laser by Samuel M. Stone is the fourth color laser I've owned. The first two were Konica-Minolta. They were among the first affordable on the market (still expensive) and one of them, magicolor 2300dl, does a decent job given the technology of his time. The second and smaller, Magicolor 2400, died in a few years has been slow, and the third is the HP 2025, which is much smaller (of course, still much larger than the color printers inkject.) And the two-sided printing. But it takes an hour to print an entire page on both sides, color brochure. Even if your color is vivid, the speed is lousy. So if I want 10 copies of color images, I have to leave the press during the night. I want to use these printers for their end of drum life, and sell or give away instead of spending more money on them. One main feature I want from a color laser is two-sided printing. I decided to try the Brother HL-4150CDN, because it was sold for $ 250 on Amazon.com (surprised to see the price rose to $ 370 after I bought it). And 'duplex and is said to be fast. Well, it's fast, the fastest of all color printers that I have any properties. Although it is strong when the press, you only hear a few seconds of noise and then everything is peaceful. A star is retired because the paint is dry, unlike the bright, HP. I really does not matter what color to dry. The real problem is too dark colors. I tried a few setting adjustments, and better, but still darker than the original, or the production of HP. It also means that I use more toner. I have it for a week, and I think I've written a lot, but the yellow toner left half is shown. I'm trying to figure out color calibration, I've never had to do with my previous printer. Hope that helps. It is a toner-power mode, I can not find how to do it yet, but hope it helps. Maybe in the toner saving mode that will give me a lighter color, but it is correct. - Update --- The yellow color shows the half was not right. Showing the way when you look at the Administration for the printer from the browser, but the digital display on the printer shows full. I did a calibration, but it seems perfectly calibrated at the factory.
